Validity
These conditions are valid for all performances of HAGER & WERKEN regarding dental products, which are handled via the Internet. Deviating conditions of the customer are not valid, even if not explicitly rejected by HAGER & WERKEN.

Contract Conclusion
The presentation of our products is just for information. Sending of an order does not result in a purchase contract with HAGER & WERKEN. HAGER & WERKEN will forward the order to the respective dental dealer, that will deliver the ordered products based on the most favourable conditions and that is the seller of the products. Delivery of all HAGER & WERKEN products will exclusively be executed through dental wholesalers or through HAGER & WERKEN.

Delivery
Delivery is executed by the dental depot of the customer's choice. HAGER & WERKEN will forward received orders directly to the respective dental depot. HAGER & WERKEN reserves the right to forward received orders without mentioning a special dental depot according to the zip code. This is also valid for orders from abroad.

Warranty
Hager & Werken does not take over any warranty for the fulfilment of the order through the dental wholesale company.

Return of Goods
The return of goods, sold by the dental wholesale company, to HAGER & WERKEN is excluded. HAGER & WERKEN reserves the right of sending back goods returned at own accord at the customer's costs.

General Conditons
Any alterations or complements of these General Conditions for Internet Sale have to be done in writing.
